Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions cover the purchasing, returns and cancellation of all items available to order from Rosie’s Makes via the e-commerce site, rosiesmakes.co.uk 

Ordering Products 

All orders can be placed via rosiesmakes.co.uk however the site has a contact us option should you wish to get in touch regarding a custom item. 

All prices are listed against each individual item when ordering and are inclusive of VAT. Postage and Packaging are then calculated and included at Checkout.  Payment is via PayPal only.

Once the order is placed you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation number included which should be retained. This email may go into your Junk folder. 

All items are handmade to order and therefore have a four to six week turnaround time as standard. Turnaround times are shown on a banner at the top of the main homepage and are subject to change during busy periods. 

Delivery 

All orders are shipped via ‘Royal Mail Second Class Signed For’ and once dispatched an automated email will be sent including the Shipment Notification. 

Please allow Royal Mail sufficient time to deliver the order, especially if placing a large order, however, if you do not receive your items within 14 days of the Shipment Notification, please contact us directly and we can liaise with Royal Mail to track the order. 

Returns and Cancellation 

Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order. Any cancellation after the 24 hours period may not be accepted and therefore may not be refunded 

Items may be returned if there is a fault with the item however we must be notified within 7 days of your order being received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return postage. Items should be returned to us in the same condition they were sent in, including any labels and original packaging. Refunds will be subject to items being received in a suitable condition. Refunds will not be processed until items have been returned and the reason for return reviewed. 

Proof Of Postage including Tracking Number should be obtained when returning items.
